(Belo Horizonte)"],"abstract":"<jats:p>RESUMO: O Ensino Orientado para a Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas \u00e9 uma metodologia de ensino centrada nos alunos que lhes permite aprender conhecimentos novos resolvendo problemas. O objetivo deste estudo foi comparar os contributos desse tipo de ensino, organizado segundo uma abordagem transdisciplinar, com os do ensino tradicional no que concerne \u00e0 aprendizagem de conhecimentos conceituais, com diferentes n\u00edveis de complexidade, no \u00e2mbito do tema \"Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de Mat\u00e9ria e de Energia\". Os resultados demonstram que os alunos da turma experimental obtiveram melhor desempenho (apresentaram respostas menos incompletas) do que os alunos da turma de controle nas quest\u00f5es que eram cognitivamente mais exigentes.
