Urbana"],"abstract":"<jats:p>Resumo Este estudo tem como objetivo desenvolver um \u00cdndice de Qualidade da Via Cicl\u00e1vel Percebida pelo Usu\u00e1rio (IQVCPU) e com isso avaliar os fatores que influenciam na qualidade do deslocamento das vias cicl\u00e1veis implantadas em Bras\u00edlia DF, Brasil, utilizando a Modelagem por Equa\u00e7\u00f5es Estruturais (Structural Equation Model - SEM). Por meio de uma Revis\u00e3o Sistem\u00e1tica da Literatura, foram identificados os fatores utilizados para mensurar a qualidade do deslocamento, nos m\u00e9todos j\u00e1 existentes, considerando a infraestrutura ciclovi\u00e1ria. Com os fatores mais relevantes, foram definidas e analisadas as vari\u00e1veis latentes (construtos) relacionadas por indicadores que configuraram o IQVCPU. A coleta dos dados foi realizada por meio de inqu\u00e9rito com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o on-line para usu\u00e1rios de bicicleta de Bras\u00edlia DF. A Modelagem com SEM determinou que o \u00cdndice, na vis\u00e3o do usu\u00e1rio, explica o seu uso em at\u00e9 36,48% e que s\u00e3o sete os fatores que influenciam a qualidade do deslocamento das vias cicl\u00e1veis.
