Real."],"abstract":"<jats:p>RESUMO A pandemia exigiu adapta\u00e7\u00f5es imediatas no trabalho escolar cujas repercuss\u00f5es ainda n\u00e3o s\u00e3o bem conhecidas. No artigo, exploram-se os efeitos do confinamento nos modos de trabalho dos professores, considerando a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o intensiva das tecnologias digitais e as oportunidades de aprendizagem profissional durante esse per\u00edodo. Recorre-se aos dados de um question\u00e1rio respondido por professores do ensino b\u00e1sico e secund\u00e1rio entre julho e setembro de 2020. Identificam-se aprendizagens profissionais indissoci\u00e1veis de mudan\u00e7as nas din\u00e2micas pedag\u00f3gicas e did\u00e1ticas. Constata-se que a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e ado\u00e7\u00e3o de novas pr\u00e1ticas pelos professores variou em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e9nero, das habilita\u00e7\u00f5es, do n\u00edvel de ensino, do tempo de servi\u00e7o, entre outras
