Nephrol."],"abstract":"<jats:p>Resumo  Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o: O exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico est\u00e1 sendo incorporado ao tratamento de pacientes em hemodi\u00e1lise, por\u00e9m pouco se sabe sobre as principais caracter\u00edsticas dessas interven\u00e7\u00f5es.  Objetivo: Descrever os protocolos de exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico prescritos para pacientes em hemodi\u00e1lise no Brasil.  M\u00e9todos: Uma revis\u00e3o de escopo foi conduzida de acordo com as diretrizes JBI e Prisma-ScR. Foram realizadas pesquisas na Medline, Embase e em outras tr\u00eas bases de dados at\u00e9 maio de 2024. Outras fontes (sites, livros e diretrizes) tamb\u00e9m foram pesquisadas. Foram inclu\u00eddas evid\u00eancias de pacientes em hemodi\u00e1lise, descrevendo protocolos de exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico em todos os ambientes e desenhos no Brasil.  Resultados: Encontradas 45 evid\u00eancias, resultando em 54 protocolos de exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico de 16 estados brasileiros. O exerc\u00edcio de for\u00e7a (33,3%), seguido do exerc\u00edcio aer\u00f3bico (22,2%), foi o mais prescrito para ser realizado durante a di\u00e1lise (85,2%). Os profissionais mais prevalentes na supervis\u00e3o dos programas foram fisioterapeutas e profissionais de educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica (37,0% e 18,5%, respectivamente). Todos os protocolos adotaram os princ\u00edpios de treinamento tipo e frequ\u00eancia, enquanto a progress\u00e3o foi adotada em apenas 53,7%. A frequ\u00eancia mais prescrita foi tr\u00eas vezes por semana (88,9%). A intensidade do exerc\u00edcio foi determinada predominantemente por m\u00e9todos subjetivos (33,3%).  Conclus\u00e3o: Os exerc\u00edcios aer\u00f3bicos e de for\u00e7a durante a di\u00e1lise foram as modalidades mais prescritas no Brasil, com a maioria dos programas sendo adequadamente supervisionada por profissionais qualificados.
