Lit."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2014,10]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>A elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do presente artigo tem como principal objectivo analisar as potencialidades do mercado da avia\u00e7\u00e3o chinesa que se encontra em franca expans\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito do desenvolvimento do aeroporto internacional de Lisboa atrav\u00e9s de uma an\u00e1lise emp\u00edrica baseada em modelos com dados de painel aplicados ao contexto dos transportes, nomeadamente o sector do transporte a\u00e9reo. Para al\u00e9m do objectivo apresentado anteriormente foi analisado o conceito de n\u00edvel de circuito e, pela primeira vez, aplicado ao contexto portugu\u00eas de forma a verificar o seu car\u00e1cter ben\u00e9fico para o desenvolvimento e adequado aproveitamento das condi\u00e7\u00f5es geogr\u00e1ficas da principal infra-estrutura aeron\u00e1utica portuguesa. Utilizou-se dois modelos gravitacionais com dados em painel. Estes modelos econom\u00e9tricos permitem o estudo da atractividade entre a origem e o destino no transporte a\u00e9reo. Neste trabalho encontra-se uma breve reflex\u00e3o e introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de um conceito ainda pouco explorado na bibliografia mundial e nomeadamente no sector do transporte a\u00e9reo, o n\u00edvel de circuito.
