Soc."],"abstract":"<jats:p>RESUMO: O artigo apresenta uma revis\u00e3o sobre modelos de valor acrescentado e liga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica em educa\u00e7\u00e3o e ensino superior, omitindo os aspectos t\u00e9cnico-metodol\u00f3gicos que s\u00e3o por natureza complexos. Assim, o artigo destina-se, prioritariamente, a pesquisadores e atores de pol\u00edtica educativa. Tamb\u00e9m procede \u00e0 revis\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica da literatura cient\u00edfica publicada em peri\u00f3dicos do Brasil e de Portugal registados na plataforma SciELO, donde resulta a constata\u00e7\u00e3o de uma escassa produ\u00e7\u00e3o face \u00e0 agenda cient\u00edfica imposta pelas potencialidades inerentes \u00e0 melhoria da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e do ensino superior e, consequentemente, \u00e0 prosperidade da sociedade.
