O presente estudo sugere que as tr\u00eas dimens\u00f5es - afetiva, normativa e instrumental - habitualmente consideradas nas pesquisas podem n\u00e3o caracterizar fielmente os v\u00e1rios tipos de la\u00e7os psicol\u00f3gicos entre os indiv\u00edduos e as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Os dois estudos emp\u00edricos realizados e a argumenta\u00e7\u00e3o te\u00f3rica sugerem que h\u00e1 algumas raz\u00f5es para presumir a exist\u00eancia de seis dimens\u00f5es: afetiva, de futuro comum, normativa, de sacrif\u00edcios avultados, de escassez de alternativas e de aus\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica.
