Na primeira fase, replicou-se estudo anterior, realizado em Portugal, com o objetivo de operacionalizar o construto das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es autentiz\u00f3ticas. Na segunda fase, realizaram-se estudos confirmat\u00f3rios, em Portugal e no Brasil. A evid\u00eancia emp\u00edrica salienta as boas propriedades psicom\u00e9tricas do construto e mostra como as vari\u00e1veis autentiz\u00f3ticas explicam o comprometimento, sobretudo o componente afetivo.
