{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2024,5,21]],"date-time":"2024-05-21T07:05:58Z","timestamp":1716275158732},"reference-count":47,"publisher":"FapUNIFESP (SciELO)","issue":"3","content-domain":{"domain":[],"crossmark-restriction":false},"short-container-title":["Rev. adm. empres."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2013,6]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>Este artigo tem por principal objetivo analisar a problem\u00e1tica da inova\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito do cluster de uma regi\u00e3o vitivin\u00edcola europeia tradicional (Regi\u00e3o Demarcada do Douro - Portugal), caracterizada pelo chamado modelo vitivin\u00edcola do terroir, uma estrutura econ\u00f4mica suportada por um elevado n\u00famero de viticultores, pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas vin\u00edcolas e elevada regula\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo de toda a cadeia produtiva, em que, claramente, emerge a quest\u00e3o da tradi\u00e7\u00e3o versus inova\u00e7\u00e3o. A pesquisa utilizou o m\u00e9todo Grounded Theory, e os resultados evidenciam uma concord\u00e2ncia de as empresas permanecerem numa regi\u00e3o tradicional, cuja legisla\u00e7\u00e3o dificulta as inova\u00e7\u00f5es radicais, mas que, concomitantemente, assegura os valores da qualidade.
