Baseado no modelo de Holton, realizou-se um estudo que procura identificar e compreender os fatores envolvidos no processo de transfer\u00eancia de aprendizagem para o posto de trabalho de duas a\u00e7\u00f5es de treinamento distintas quanto ao design e \u00e0s compet\u00eancias. O estudo decorreu numa organiza\u00e7\u00e3o portuguesa e envolveu 98 participantes. Realizaram-se entrevistas com ex-formandos com o objetivo de explorar os fatores que facilitaram ou dificultaram a transfer\u00eancia das aprendizagens e aplicou-se o Invent\u00e1rio do Sistema de Transfer\u00eancia da Aprendizagem, vers\u00e3o portuguesa (Holton, Bates, Seyler &amp; Carvalho, 1997; Velada &amp; Caetano, 2009).
