Assim, agregamos valor a essa literatura ao analisar a aprendizagem interna em equipes e o papel do capital psicol\u00f3gico nesse processo. Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o papel mediador da estrutura percebida da equipe na rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre capital psicol\u00f3gico positivo e aprendizagem interna em equipes. Para tanto, um question\u00e1rio foi aplicado a 480 estudantes universit\u00e1rios para testar essa rela\u00e7\u00e3o, utilizando a metodologia de modelagem de equa\u00e7\u00f5es estruturais. Os resultados confirmaram o papel mediador da estrutura percebida da equipe na rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre capital psicol\u00f3gico e aprendizagem interna em equipes. Argumentamos que este trabalho refor\u00e7a o papel do capital psicol\u00f3gico em contextos acad\u00eamicos.
