Solo"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2008,12]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>N\u00e3o existem informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a diversidade de col\u00eambolos associados \u00e0s florestas com Araucaria angustifolia (Bert.) O. Kuntze no Brasil. Este estudo teve o objetivo de avaliar o potencial da diversidade de fam\u00edlias de col\u00eambolos como bioindicadores da qualidade do solo e para separar diferentes \u00e1reas com arauc\u00e1ria, utilizando atributos qu\u00edmicos e microbiol\u00f3gicos do solo como vari\u00e1veis explicativas. O estudo foi realizado em quatro \u00e1reas: 1. floresta nativa com predomin\u00e2ncia de arauc\u00e1ria (NF); 2. reflorestamento de arauc\u00e1ria (R); 3. reflorestamento de arauc\u00e1ria submetido a inc\u00eandio acidental (RF); e 4. pastagem natural com arauc\u00e1rias nativas e ocorr\u00eancia de inc\u00eandio acidental (NPF). Na captura dos organismos, utilizaram-se dez armadilhas, distribu\u00eddas ao acaso em cada \u00e1rea, nos mesmos pontos de coleta dos atributos qu\u00edmicos e microbiol\u00f3gicos do solo. O n\u00famero de col\u00eambolos de cada fam\u00edlia, extra\u00eddo por armadilhas (abund\u00e2ncia), o \u00edndice de diversidade de Shannon (H) e a riqueza de fam\u00edlias foram submetidos \u00e0 An\u00e1lise de Vari\u00e2ncia (ANOVA). A abund\u00e2ncia de cada fam\u00edlia de Collembola foi submetida \u00e0 An\u00e1lise de Componentes Principais (ACP). Considerando as quatro \u00e1reas, foram identificadas oito fam\u00edlias de col\u00eambolos (Brachystomellidae, Entomobryidae, Hypogastruridae, Isotomidae, Katiannidae, Paronellidae, Sminthuridae e Tomoceridae). A diversidade de fam\u00edlias de col\u00eambolos foi maior nas \u00e1reas NF e R, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as \u00e1reas RF e NPF. Os atributos qu\u00edmicos e microbiol\u00f3gicos do solo foram eficientes como vari\u00e1veis explicativas, pois auxiliaram na interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o das modifica\u00e7\u00f5es das fam\u00edlias de col\u00eambolos.
