Bras."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2014,12]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>Os atuais sistemas de cria\u00e7\u00e3o intensiva de su\u00ednos aumentam a press\u00e3o de sele\u00e7\u00e3o microbiana propiciando a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as respirat\u00f3rias. A bact\u00e9ria Pasteurella multocida \u00e9 associada a diversas patologias respirat\u00f3rias em animais submetidos a esse tipo de cria\u00e7\u00e3o, causando grandes perdas econ\u00f4micas. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o de biofilme foi descrita in vitro em P. multocida e fatores analisados indicaram a facilita\u00e7\u00e3o na coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos tecidos, aumentando a resist\u00eancia \u00e0s defesas do hospedeiro e aos antibi\u00f3ticos. Os objetivos deste trabalho foram analisar a ocorr\u00eancia de P. multocida em pneumonias de su\u00ednos e na microbiota de pulm\u00f5es sem les\u00e3o e a ocorr\u00eancia dos genes do l\u00f3cus tad nestes isolados. Foram analisados 70 isolados de P. multocida de pulm\u00f5es, sendo sessenta e sete com les\u00e3o e tr\u00eas sem les\u00e3o. Isolados do sorotipo A ocorreram principalmente em pulm\u00f5es com les\u00f5es (85,71%), enquanto em pulm\u00f5es sem les\u00e3o observou-se somente o sorotipo D. Os genes tadA, tadB, tadC, tadD, tadE tadF e tadG estavam presentes em 89,55% dos isolados de pulm\u00f5es com les\u00f5es. Os genes tadA, tadB e tadC estavam presentes em todos os isolados de pulm\u00f5es sem les\u00e3o, por\u00e9m os genes tadD, tadE, tadF e tadG estavam presentes em 0%, 33,3%, 33,3% e 66,6%, dos isolados sem les\u00e3o, respectivamente.
