Soc."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2007,4]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>Inscrita numa matriz te\u00f3rica multirreferencial, a problem\u00e1tica da cultura organizacional tem sido objecto de m\u00faltiplos desenvolvimentos conceptuais e diversificadas apropria\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas e ideol\u00f3gicas. No campo da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e no contexto mais espec\u00edfico das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es escolares, as abordagens culturais e simb\u00f3licas sofreram algumas inflex\u00f5es te\u00f3ricas apenas compreens\u00edveis quando contextualizadas no quadro mais global das pol\u00edticas internacionais de cariz neoliberal e neoconservador. Neste trabalho, procura-se reflectir criticamente sobre a forma como a problem\u00e1tica da cultura organizacional em contexto escolar passa a ser (re)perspectivada numa altura em que se expandem alguns objectivos e valores pol\u00edticos associados \u00e0s ideologias da moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e da racionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.
