Soc."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2009,4]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>O principal objectivo do texto \u00e9 propor uma vis\u00e3o transformadora da supervis\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica inscrita em valores da democracia, pressupondo que as finalidades e a natureza das pr\u00e1ticas supervisiva e pedag\u00f3gica devem estar articuladas e que ambas devem inscrever-se numa direc\u00e7\u00e3o emancipat\u00f3ria. Num primeiro momento, apresenta-se uma proposta de conceptualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre supervis\u00e3o e pedagogia, defendendo-se a sua indissociabilidade e um conjunto de princ\u00edpios que as podem orientar numa direc\u00e7\u00e3o potencialmente emancipat\u00f3ria. Num segundo momento, discutem-se condi\u00e7\u00f5es que favorecem ou limitam a operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o desta direc\u00e7\u00e3o, tomando-se o exemplo de um projecto supervisivo em curso da Universidade do Minho desde 1995.
