O texto retoma as an\u00e1lises desenvolvidas numa pesquisa sobre a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o supranacional do Programa PISA, realizada no \u00e2mbito de um projecto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o europeu acerca do papel do conhecimento nas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e sa\u00fade na Europa - Knowandpol.
