Entre as in\u00fameras perspectivas desenvolvidas sobre essa dimens\u00e3o do ser humano, destacamos o paradigma dial\u00f3gico que tem vindo a influenciar de forma crescente a teoria e pr\u00e1tica em psicoterapia. Segundo esta perspectiva, a funcionalidade psicol\u00f3gica est\u00e1 relacionada com o modo como os indiv\u00edduos conseguem articular e colocar em di\u00e1logo produtivo as suas v\u00e1rias vozes ou posi\u00e7\u00f5es de identidade.
