A teoria do desenvolvimento do ego de Jane Loevinger, combinando a abordagem cognitivo-desenvolvimental com a abordagem psicanal\u00edtica, prop\u00f5e o entendimento da autonomia moral como resultado de uma dial\u00e9tica de separa\u00e7\u00e3o-inclus\u00e3o, favorecendo uma compreens\u00e3o mais adequada deste fen\u00f4meno, enquanto manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de uma maturidade
