Os tr\u00eas autores defendem uma vis\u00e3o hier\u00e1rquica da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e do ensino, considerando ser esse modelo institucional a melhor forma de encarar uma din\u00e2mica interactiva inevitavelmente condicionada por um elevado potencial de conflito.
