O referencial de forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos mentores construiu-se em torno das diferentes dimens\u00f5es do ato de ensinar. A metodologia de forma\u00e7\u00e3o organizou-se a partir do conceito de desenvolvimento profissional, considerando o mentor como objeto e sujeito da forma\u00e7\u00e3o e procurando articular o processo formativo e o trabalho de supervis\u00e3o desenvolvido pelos mentores, no terreno. As sess\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o foram planeadas estrategicamente a partir de quest\u00f5es orientadoras \u00e0s quais se procurou dar resposta atrav\u00e9s de um conjunto de atividades e materiais.
