A efic\u00e1cia \u00e9 um dos conceitos emergentes neste dom\u00ednio de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e surge associado \u00e0 defini\u00e7\u00e3o de quadros de refer\u00eancia do desempenho dos l\u00edderes escolares. Com base numa incurs\u00e3o por documentos institucionais, bem como por dados de relat\u00f3rios da OCDE, apresentamos uma s\u00edntese de quadros de refer\u00eancia para a lideran\u00e7a nas escolas em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses.
