{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2026,3,12]],"date-time":"2026-03-12T20:25:25Z","timestamp":1773347125269,"version":"3.50.1"},"reference-count":38,"publisher":"FapUNIFESP (SciELO)","issue":"100","content-domain":{"domain":[],"crossmark-restriction":false},"short-container-title":["Ensaio: aval.pol.p\u00fabl.Educ."],"abstract":"<jats:p>Resumo O presente artigo apresenta uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o impacto da pol\u00edtica educativa portuguesa de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o positiva (Territ\u00f3rios Educativos de Interven\u00e7\u00e3o Priorit\u00e1ria \u2013 TEIP) nas classifica\u00e7\u00f5es escolares dos estudantes, acompanhando a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o destas entre os anos letivos de 2001\/2002 e 2014\/2015. Analisamos cerca de 4 milh\u00f5es de classifica\u00e7\u00f5es escolares. Ap\u00f3s uma breve contextualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do conceito de educa\u00e7\u00e3o compensat\u00f3ria, revisitamos as principais carater\u00edsticas de diferentes programas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o compensat\u00f3ria, assim como avalia\u00e7\u00f5es da sua efic\u00e1cia. Os resultados sugerem a aus\u00eancia de impacto do programa TEIP na melhoria dos resultados escolares. Consequentemente, discute-se a efic\u00e1cia da transfer\u00eancia de recursos materiais e humanos para estas escolas, especialmente considerando que a sua integra\u00e7\u00e3o em programas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o compensat\u00f3ria pode gerar fen\u00f3menos de estigmatiza\u00e7\u00e3o.
