Os dados foram recolhidos em tr\u00eas escolas de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica envolvidas em um projeto de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o, apoiado por um assessor externo, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas aos gestores e de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de um question\u00e1rio aos elementos das comiss\u00f5es de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o. A an\u00e1lise de conte\u00fado das respostas aponta para um reconhecimento da a\u00e7\u00e3o do \u201camigo cr\u00edtico\u201d, nomeadamente por trazer uma vis\u00e3o cr\u00edtica das situa\u00e7\u00f5es e por promover oportunidades de refletir e de debater decis\u00f5es que apoiam mudan\u00e7as.
