A pesquisa foi realizada nas bases de dados Scopus, Web of Science, Eric, SciELO e no reposit\u00f3rio RCAAP, tendo sido considerados eleg\u00edveis 22 artigos. Para apoiar a an\u00e1lise dos dados qualitativos, recorreu-se ao software webQDA. Os resultados obtidos referem-se \u00e0 Europa. Alguns estudos identificam efeitos positivos da AEE, particularmente no que concerne \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o das lideran\u00e7as e \u00e0 avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade do Ensino, indiciando abertura para mudan\u00e7as e melhorias. No entanto, h\u00e1 estudos que revelam constrangimentos, especialmente quando se trata de modificar pr\u00e1ticas docentes e implementar estrat\u00e9gias inclusivas em contexto de sala de aula.
