A Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Inclusiva deve ser entendida como uma reforma educacional que, para se realizar, necessita que os professores sejam formados em modelos de ensino e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o diferentes dos modelos tradicionais. Com base na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o que um grupo de estudantes de mestrado em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Especial efetuou do seu curso, este artigo discute algumas concep\u00e7\u00f5es te\u00f3ricas sobre forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores (nomeadamente o isomorfismo e a infus\u00e3o) e quatro aspectos centrais da forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores para a Inclus\u00e3o: conte\u00fados, estrat\u00e9gias de Ensino Aprendizagem, rela\u00e7\u00e3o teoria-pr\u00e1tica e impacto na vida profissional.
