Dada a atualidade e urg\u00eancia dessas teorias, considera-se o reconhecimento e a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da arte moderna africana uma pr\u00e1tica positiva, no sentido da renova\u00e7\u00e3o de ideias dominantes, transcendendo pr\u00e1ticas euroc\u00eantricas.
