Educ."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2016,6]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>RESUMO A globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o veio provocar altera\u00e7\u00f5es profundas nas estruturas das sociedades contempor\u00e2neas e, concomitantemente, na express\u00e3o e teoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da identidade. O presente estudo traz a debate os desafios colocados \u00e0 (re)constru\u00e7\u00e3o da identidade do professor, que se deslocou de um n\u00edvel de n\u00e3o reflexividade para um metan\u00edvel de atividade reflexiva e cr\u00edtica, pondo em tens\u00e3o a unidade e a continuidade da identidade, nas dimens\u00f5es individual e coletiva, de onde pode emergir o sujeito da transforma\u00e7\u00e3o social.
