Educ."],"abstract":"<jats:p>RESUMO O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as propriedades psicom\u00e9tricas da adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e tradu\u00e7\u00e3o do Question\u00e1rio de Fatores de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Docente ao contexto portugu\u00eas e compreender o seu significado segundo os professores inovadores. Foi desenvolvido um desenho misto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, combinando t\u00e9cnicas quantitativas (question\u00e1rio preenchido por 273 professores de primeiro, segundo e terceiro ciclo) e qualitativas (grupo focal numa escola inovadora com um diretor, um orientador e quatro professores). Realizaram-se an\u00e1lises psicom\u00e9tricas do question\u00e1rio e uma an\u00e1lise qualitativa que confirmou e deu significado aos dados quantitativos. Constatam-se tr\u00eas fatores de inova\u00e7\u00e3o em Portugal: participa\u00e7\u00e3o institucional, abertura psicopedag\u00f3gica e planeamento did\u00e1tico. Tanto quantitativa como qualitativamente, o primeiro deles \u00e9 o mais importante na inova\u00e7\u00e3o docente.
