Ambient."],"abstract":"<jats:p>RESUMO: As inunda\u00e7\u00f5es urbanas est\u00e3o se tornando cada vez mais frequentes, de tal forma que a Uni\u00e3o Europeia publicou a Diretiva 2007\/60\/CE no sentido de mitigar as consequ\u00eancias relacionadas com este fen\u00f4meno e de impor limites \u00e0 concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de poluentes nas \u00e1guas pluviais. O objetivo deste artigo foi apresentar uma modela\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas de drenagem em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de inunda\u00e7\u00f5es, baseada no software da United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Storm Water Management Model (SWMM), em que o estudo de caso \u00e9 analisar um sistema de drenagem urbana unit\u00e1rio, inserido na Zona Central de Coimbra, em Portugal. Recorrendo \u00e0 metodologia Automatic Overland Flow Delineation (AOFD) para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de uma rede de drenagem superficial e implementando-a no SWMM, obteve-se um modelo de drenagem dual, que permite a an\u00e1lise do escoamento em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de inunda\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo o controle de escoamento entre a superf\u00edcie e a rede de coletores e a modela\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade da \u00e1gua \u00e0 superf\u00edcie.
