A discuss\u00e3o foi constru\u00edda a partir da revis\u00e3o da literatura sobre a sustentabilidade no ensino superior, an\u00e1lises de documentos da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, observa\u00e7\u00e3o do campus e entrevistas com diferentes atores associados \u00e0s quest\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 sustentabilidade na universidade. A universidade estudada atua nas dimens\u00f5es da sustentabilidade sugeridas na literatura, mas percebe-se que o processo de institucionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma efetiva US encontra-se ainda em fase inicial.
