Pesqui."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2013,9]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>No \u00e2mbito do processo ensino-aprendizagem (EA), os wikis permitem ajudar na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um ambiente din\u00e2mico e colaborativo de aprendizagem, por meio da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, troca de ideias e partilha de conhecimento. O presente trabalho faz parte de um projeto cujo intuito \u00e9 avaliar a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do uso dessa tecnologia como meio de promo\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade do processo EA. Em particular, o estudo descrito neste artigo tem como objetivo avaliar a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de wikis por parte de um grupo de alunos da \u00e1rea tecnol\u00f3gica do ensino superior e compar\u00e1-la entre os alunos que pretendem continuar fazendo uso da ferramenta em atividades futuras e os que n\u00e3o planejam usar a tecnologia. Essa experi\u00eancia foi feita em contexto de sala de aula e os dados foram obtidos atrav\u00e9s da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de dois question\u00e1rios e da an\u00e1lise do hist\u00f3rico do wiki criado para a atividade desenvolvida em classe. Os resultados revelaram que os alunos, apesar de conhecerem a ferramenta, desconheciam, na pr\u00e1tica, o seu modo de edi\u00e7\u00e3o. As caracter\u00edsticas dos wikis mais bem classificadas pelos alunos se relacionam com a facilidade de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o percebida e com a utilidade da ferramenta, na medida que em promove a aprendizagem por meio de conte\u00fados colocados pelos outros e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhos de grupo sem depender da presen\u00e7a f\u00edsica nem dos hor\u00e1rios dos seus elementos. Verificou-se, ainda, que a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para o uso dos wikis revelou-se, em alguns itens, significativamente diferente entre os grupos
