Pesqui."],"abstract":"<jats:p>O ingresso em uma profiss\u00e3o e as motiva\u00e7\u00f5es para a sua escolha, os primeiros anos de carreira e o estatuto da profiss\u00e3o, em especial a docente, t\u00eam sido objeto de diversas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. Por\u00e9m, tanto no caso portugu\u00eas como no \u00e2mbito internacional, a inser\u00e7\u00e3o profissional dos professores tem sido negligenciada pelas pesquisas acad\u00eamicas. Assim sendo, neste artigo, propomo-nos a contribuir com o conhecimento do processo de inser\u00e7\u00e3o profissional dos docentes de ensino b\u00e1sico e secund\u00e1rio, por meio da an\u00e1lise do grau de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o na profiss\u00e3o, dos aspectos mais e menos valorizados no trabalho, bem como da situa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional em dois per\u00edodos, ap\u00f3s um ano e depois de cinco anos de conclus\u00e3o da licenciatura. Consideramos os licenciados em educa\u00e7\u00e3o em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com todos os licenciados das universidades de Lisboa e Nova de Lisboa. Os dados apresentados permitem constatar que, nas dimens\u00f5es estudadas, n\u00e3o existem diferen\u00e7as significativas entre os licenciados com rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos aspectos analisados. Das particularidades do grupo de licenciados em educa\u00e7\u00e3o que participaram da pesquisa, destacamos: a ligeira sali\u00eancia que assumem os aspectos altru\u00edstas; uma satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o com a profiss\u00e3o ligeiramente maior; uma tend\u00eancia \u00e0 precariza\u00e7\u00e3o dos v\u00ednculos contratuais e uma disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para auferir em m\u00e9dia rendimentos ligeiramente inferiores. Como considera\u00e7\u00f5es finais deste artigo, destacamos a necessidade de aprofundamento no estudo do modo como as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de exerc\u00edcio da profiss\u00e3o influenciam o desenvolvimento dos professores em fase de inser\u00e7\u00e3o profissional.
