Pesqui."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2016,3]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>Resumo Neste artigo, apresenta-se uma parte do estudo extensivo do projeto Cyberbullying \u2013 um diagn\u00f3stico da situa\u00e7\u00e3o em Portugal, com a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de um question\u00e1rio a 3.525 adolescentes no 6.\u00ba, 8.\u00ba e 11.\u00ba n\u00edveis de escolaridade. Com vista \u00e0 caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o do cyberbullying, pretendeu-se contribuir para a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o das emo\u00e7\u00f5es experienciadas pelos jovens envolvidos, quer como v\u00edtimas, quer como agressores em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de cyberbullying. Os dados revelam que a tristeza, a vontade de vingan\u00e7a e o medo s\u00e3o as emo\u00e7\u00f5es mais frequentes das v\u00edtimas, enquanto a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, a indiferen\u00e7a e o al\u00edvio s\u00e3o aquelas que os agressores mais vivenciam. Revelam ainda diferen\u00e7as significativas entre as emo\u00e7\u00f5es experienciadas pelas v\u00edtimas e aquelas que os agressores lhes atribuem, o que, podendo ser um indicador da falta de empatia destes \u00faltimos, requer o desenvolvimento de uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o emocional dos jovens. Verificam-se algumas diferen\u00e7as significativas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao n\u00edvel de escolaridade, sexo, escola e munic\u00edpio, nomeadamente: na maior incid\u00eancia de emo\u00e7\u00f5es como a tristeza, o medo, a inseguran\u00e7a e a vontade de vingan\u00e7a nas v\u00edtimas do sexo masculino; mais sentimentos de inseguran\u00e7a, de al\u00edvio, de confus\u00e3o e desorienta\u00e7\u00e3o nas jovens agressoras; emo\u00e7\u00f5es associadas a impot\u00eancia e falta de apoio, experimentadas pelos jovens no papel de v\u00edtimas, mais numas escolas do que noutras.
