Pesqui."],"abstract":"<jats:p>Resumo Este estudo procura perceber como os alunos compreendem a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas, identificando as suas estrat\u00e9gias de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o. Procura dar resposta \u00e0s seguintes quest\u00f5es: Quais as estrat\u00e9gias utilizadas pelos alunos para a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas? Como podem ser promovidas compet\u00eancias de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas? Que dificuldades manifestam os alunos na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas? Participa no estudo uma turma do 1\u00ba ano de escolaridade, com idades dos 6 aos 7 anos (n=22), de Braga, Portugal. Recorreu-se a uma metodologia qualitativa de estudo de caso, em contexto de aula de matem\u00e1tica, tendo-se aplicado 10 tarefas de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas. Os resultados sugerem que os alunos, ao longo do estudo, se sentiram confort\u00e1veis com estrat\u00e9gias como constru\u00e7\u00e3o de esquemas e tabelas, resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do fim para o princ\u00edpio, tentativa com indu\u00e7\u00e3o, identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de padr\u00f5es, entre outras. No que se refere \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias no \u00e2mbito da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas, destaca-se a import\u00e2ncia do envolvimento ativo dos alunos na descoberta de procedimentos e estrat\u00e9gias, real\u00e7ando o papel do professor como mediador de aprendizagens e promotor de tarefas que favore\u00e7am o aparecimento de estrat\u00e9gias matematicamente relevantes. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 relevante o papel da criatividade e da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o matem\u00e1tica nesse processo.
