O objetivo deste estudo \u00e9 classificar e caracterizar o desempenho energ\u00e9tico de edif\u00edcios de escrit\u00f3rio de planta livre em tr\u00eas climas brasileiros. Simula\u00e7\u00f5es computacionais foram realizadas no programa EnergyPlus, a fim de verificar o impacto de v\u00e1rios par\u00e2metros (clima, tipo de fachada, PAF, tipo de vidro, dispositivo de sombreamento e temperatura de setpoint) no consumo de energia do ar condicionado. Os resultados, classificados em faixas de desempenho energ\u00e9tico, mostraram que alterar de uma fachada tradicional (alvenaria) para uma fachada cortina (totalmente envidra\u00e7ada) elevou o consumo de energia do ar condicionado em m\u00e9dia 25% para Curitiba e S\u00e3o Paulo e 15% para Manaus; que o PAF foi o par\u00e2metro que mais impactou esse consumo, e o tipo de vidro teve mais impacto nas maiores aberturas; que utilizar um dispositivo de sombreamento sempre gerou economia e a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o em 1 \u00baC do setpoint de resfriamento reduziu o consumo, em m\u00e9dia, at\u00e9 16,4%.
