Soc."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2003,8]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>O artigo descreve os principais resultados de uma pesquisa, realizada no ano de 2000, com o objetivo de investigar em que medida o Minist\u00e9rio da Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional caracteriza-se como uma \u2018organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de aprendizagem\u2019. Discute-se o campo da aprendizagem nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, suas caracter\u00edsticas e suas rela\u00e7\u00f5es com inova\u00e7\u00e3o e mudan\u00e7a organizacionais. Dentre os fatores indicados na literatura, por caracterizar uma \u2018organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de aprendizagem\u2019, foram explorados os seguintes: vis\u00e3o compartilhada, vis\u00e3o sist\u00eamica, modelos mentais, compartilhamento do conhecimento e ambiente de incentivo \u00e0 cr\u00edtica. Foram realizadas 26 entrevistas com gestores e t\u00e9cnicos de diferentes n\u00edveis hier\u00e1rquicos do Minist\u00e9rio, apoiadas em roteiro semi-estruturado. Os resultados mostram que a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o estudada, apesar de apresentar algumas caracter\u00edsticas que favorecem a aprendizagem, esta ainda n\u00e3o se tornou uma pr\u00e1tica institucionalizada.
