Res."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2013,12]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>OBJETIVO: A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento da linguagem resultam da intera\u00e7\u00e3o da crian\u00e7a com o meio ambiente. As intera\u00e7\u00f5es sociais cotidianas com as pessoas e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com outros permitem que a crian\u00e7a adquira linguagem, sendo a pragm\u00e1tica o sistema de regras que suporta o uso comunicativo da linguagem. A identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de crian\u00e7as em risco de desenvolverem transtornos de linguagem s\u00e3o cruciais, tendo em vista a interven\u00e7\u00e3o precoce eficaz. Tendo em vista a relev\u00e2ncia da pragm\u00e1tica como componente da linguagem e a escassez, em Portugal, de instrumentos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da linguagem validados para idades precoces, a finalidade deste estudo consistiu na tradu\u00e7\u00e3o, adapta\u00e7\u00e3o e valida\u00e7\u00e3o do instrumento Language Use Inventory (LUI), para o portugu\u00eas europeu. O LUI \u00e9 um invent\u00e1rio parental que avalia o desenvolvimento da pragm\u00e1tica entre os 18 e os 47 meses. M\u00c9TODOS: Foram adotados todos os procedimentos recomendados pelas diretrizes internacionais sobre a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o de testes, culminando em estudo piloto com uma amostra de 120 invent\u00e1rios, respondidos pelos pais\/cuidadores de crian\u00e7as portuguesas da referida faixa et\u00e1ria. RESULTADOS: Os coeficientes de consist\u00eancia interna (Alfa de Cronbach) para a vers\u00e3o portuguesa do LUI situaram-se em 0,97 para a escala total e entre 0,71 e 0,96 para as subescalas. CONCLUS\u00c3O: Os resultados preliminares da adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do LUI-Pt para crian\u00e7as portuguesas sugerem a validade interna dessa
