These guidelines are intended for healthcare professionals, aiming to improve the quality and effectiveness of prescription communications.  Context: This procedure utilizes prescriptions already made by skilled professionals (doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists) within the e-SUS Primary Health Care System (Brazil) as input to generate clear, qualified, personalized, and safe instructions for the citizens who will use the medication. It does not address diagnostic or prescription errors, nor does it correct dosages, concentrations, routes of administration, etc.  Expected results: The goal is to develop LLM prompts capable of delivering high-quality and safe textual instructions that effectively reduce miscommunications between patients and prescribers.
