Sent una realitat triomfal en diversos pa\u00efsos, amb una llarga tradici\u00f3 en museus pedag\u00f2gics nacionals, que es remunta al segle XIX, en d'altres aquest moviment inicial va ser oblidat i nom\u00e9s es va reprendre a la d\u00e8cada de 1980. \u00c9s el cas de Portugal, Espanya i Brasil. En aquest article pretenem analitzar l\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia dels museus d\u2019educaci\u00f3, en la gran varietat de designacions, en el context de la musealitzaci\u00f3 de la vida quotidiana, en qu\u00e8 la vida escolar ha ocupat un lloc preponderant en les societats contempor\u00e0nies. Al mateix temps, identificar el paper de la Hist\u00f2ria de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 com a disciplina en la formaci\u00f3 dels educadors en la valoritzaci\u00f3 del patrimoni, el desinter\u00e8s dels poders centrals i la proactivitat de petits grups de professors, recolzats per comunitats i autoritats locals en la creaci\u00f3 de museus escolars.
