Defending the exclusively human character of the music, the paper aims at giving a positive answer to this question. Since it is not the same to propose a philosophy (of music) taking the \u201cevidence\u201d or the \u201caudience\u201d (being this neologism a correlate for \u201cevidence\u201d) as its basis, it is claimed that one must equate listening, interpretation, uniqueness and creation. Mostly in a critical dialogue with recent practitioners of a secondary philosophy of music (R. Scruton, G. Graham, A.
