Method: a cross-sectional, quantitative, predictive design and by simple random sampling was used. The Teacher Stress Scale, the Coping Job Scale and the Utrech Work Engagement Scale were applied to 62 teachers (50 women and 12 men) working in inclusive contexts. Results: The study indicates that 40% of teachers perceive their profession as very stressful and demanding; it shows the positive contribution of dedication and absorption in the prediction of teacher stress (R2 = 47%). There is no evidence of coping strategies as predictors of decreased teacher stress.
