Pesq."],"abstract":"<jats:p>nserido nas preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es atuais sobre os efeitos das ideologias e pr\u00e1ticas neoliberais ao n\u00edvel das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de equidade nos agrupamentos de escolas, o nosso estudo constitui um recorte numa investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em curso centrada na tem\u00e1tica: \u201cPol\u00edticas, Governa\u00e7\u00e3o e Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o: Democracia, Desigualdade e Diferen\u00e7a\u201d. A quest\u00e3o que orienta essa investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a seguinte: Como se organiza a escola para promover a democracia? Sustentando-nos na an\u00e1lise de conte\u00fado dos documentos estruturantes de um dos agrupamentos de escolas inserido na pesquisa referida, pretendemos compreender como, no contexto em an\u00e1lise, se procuram compatibilizar as press\u00f5es performativas, com os imperativos jur\u00eddico-normativos da \u201cdemocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o do ensino\u201d e de \u201cuma justa e efetiva igualdade de oportunidades no acesso e sucesso escolares\u201d (Lei de Bases do Sistema Educativo). Para atingir este objetivo, o nosso olhar debru\u00e7a-se sobre alguns dos \u201cinstrumentos de autonomia\u201d do agrupamento, dedicando especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao projeto educativo, ao regulamento interno e tamb\u00e9m ao projeto de interven\u00e7\u00e3o do diretor. Para desvelar as l\u00f3gicas discursivas evidenciadas nos documentos analisados, recorremos \u00e0s teorias da justi\u00e7a, destacando o conceito de \u201cjusti\u00e7a complexa\u201d (EST\u00caV\u00c3O, 2002), e \u00e0s teorias da democracia, incluindo o conceito de \u201cp\u00f3s-democracia gestion\u00e1ria\u201d (LIMA, 2014). Para a dilucida\u00e7\u00e3o das \u201cl\u00f3gicas de justifica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d subsumidas nos documentos analisados mobilizamos ainda as perspetivas te\u00f3ricas que discutem a escola como \u201clugar de v\u00e1rios mundos\u201d e racionalidades (DEROUET, 2000) e que enfatizam a import\u00e2ncia da \u201cestrutura formal como mito e cerim\u00f3nia\u201d (MEYER; ROWAN, 1977).Palavras chave: Agrupamentos. Justi\u00e7a complexaPOLITICS, MANAGEMENT AND DEMOCRACY IN THE GOVERNMENT OF SCHOOLS: the case of a school cluster in the north of PortugalAbstractInserted in the current concerns about the effects of neoliberal ideologies and practices in terms of equity conditions in school clusters, our study constitutes an outline of an ongoing investigation centred on the theme: \u201cEducation Policies, Governance and Administration: Democracy, Inequality and Difference\". The question that guides this investigation is the following: How is the school organized to promote democracy? Based on the content analysis of the structuring documents of one of the school clusters inserted in the referred research, we intend to understand how, in the context under analysis, they seek to reconcile the performative pressures with the legal-normative imperatives of \u201cdemocratization of education\u201d and \u201ca fair and effective equal opportunity in school access and success\u201d (Basic Law of the Educational System). In order to achieve this objective, our view focuses on some of the \u201cinstruments of autonomy\u201d of the group, paying special attention to the educational project, the internal regulations and the intervention project of the director. To unveil the discursive logics evidenced in the analysed documents, we resort to theories of justice, highlighting the concept of \u201ccomplex justice\u201d (EST\u00caV\u00c3O, 2002), and the theories of democracy, including the concept of \u201cmanagerial post-democracy\u201d (LIMA, 2014). In order to clarify the \u201clogics of justification\u201d contained in the analysed documents, we also mobilized the theoretical perspectives that discuss the school as a \u201cplace of several worlds\u201d and rationalities (DEROUET, 2000) and that emphasize the importance of \u201cformal structure as myth and ceremony\u201d (MEYER; ROWAN, 1977).Keywords: School clusters. Complex justicePOL\u00cdTICA, GESTI\u00d3N Y DEMOCRACIA EN EL GOBIERNO DE LAS ESCUELAS: el caso de un grupo escolar en el norte de PortugalResumenInserto en las preocupaciones actuales sobre los efectos de las ideolog\u00edas y pr\u00e1cticas neoliberales en t\u00e9rminos de condiciones de equidad en las agrupaciones escolares, nuestro estudio constituye un esbozo de una investigaci\u00f3n en curso centrada en el tema: \u201cPol\u00edticas educativas, gobernabilidad y administraci\u00f3n: democracia, desigualdad y Diferencia\". La pregunta que gu\u00eda esta investigaci\u00f3n es la siguiente: \u00bfC\u00f3mo se organiza la escuela para promover la democracia? A partir del an\u00e1lisis de contenido de los documentos estructurantes de una de las agrupaciones de escuelas insertadas en la investigaci\u00f3n referida, pretendemos comprender c\u00f3mo, en el contexto analizado, se busca conciliar las presiones performativas, con los imperativos jur\u00eddico-normativos de \u201cdemocratizaci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n\u201d y \u201cuna justa y efectiva igualdad de oportunidades en el acceso y \u00e9xito escolar\u201d (Ley B\u00e1sica del Sistema Educativo). Para lograr este objetivo, nuestra mirada se centra en algunos de los \u201cinstrumentos de autonom\u00eda\u201d de la agrupaci\u00f3n escolar, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n al proyecto educativo, la normativa interna y tambi\u00e9n el proyecto de intervenci\u00f3n del director.
