Esse framework est\u00e1 estruturado em tr\u00eas elementos interconectados: o ecossistema conectivo inventivo, as compet\u00eancias a serem desenvolvidas e as miss\u00f5es a serem realizadas. Essas pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas s\u00e3o fundamentais para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o em auditoria governamental, permitindo que os estudantes desenvolvam uma compreens\u00e3o integrada das compet\u00eancias t\u00e9cnicas e comportamentais necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 profiss\u00e3o. Apoiado no Paradigma da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o OnLIFE, o framework visa coengendrar atores humanos e n\u00e3o humanos no processo formativo, estimulando intera\u00e7\u00f5es que promovam a cocria\u00e7\u00e3o entre esses elementos. Dessa forma, o framework n\u00e3o apenas identifica um conjunto de compet\u00eancias, mas tamb\u00e9m estabelece um ecossistema prop\u00edcio ao desenvolvimento dessas compet\u00eancias por meio de miss\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas e colaborativas.
