It opens with a study on &lt;span&gt;Napoleon Bonaparte&lt;\/span&gt;\u2019s Egyptian expedition and its diplomatic impact on Tunis, highlighting the strategic positioning of Hammouda Bey within the Ottoman and Euro-Mediterranean system.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;The issue then shifts to contemporary security, analysing EU\u2013NATO cooperation against hybrid threats after 2014, with a focus on Eastern Partnership countries (Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova).
