A metodologia usada encontra-se ancorada na triangula\u00e7\u00e3o de metodologias, t\u00e9cnicas e abordagens, na forma de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o-A\u00e7\u00e3o, onde relevou a an\u00e1lise de conte\u00fado com o apoio do programa de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o qualitativa WebQDA. Pretendeu-se dissecar o percurso metodol\u00f3gico, cujo trabalho de campo se centrou num programa formativo dirigido a profissionais de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, com o intuito de lhes dar a conhecer os princ\u00edpios curriculares desenhados atrav\u00e9s do Universal Design for Learning e de os dotar de compet\u00eancias digitais com recurso \u00e0 ferramenta CAST UDL Book Builder.
