The sample was composed of 263 members of federations, including managerial (39.5%), technical (35.1%), executive (20.6%) bodies and others (4.9%). The study used descriptive, reliability and confirm-atory factor analyses. Values of internal consistency for the sub-factors ranged from 0.83 to 0.92, correlation between 0.37 and 0.79, and adequate values for six indices (<jats:italic>\u03c7<jats:sup>2<\/jats:sup>, \u03c7<jats:sup>2\/<\/jats:sup>df<\/jats:italic>, CFI, NNFI, SRMR, RMSEA) of the global adjustment of the meas-urement model.
