So, we started by addressing the organization and representation of information in the context of information mediation, equating how the infocomunicacional phenomenon, which occurs through digital platforms, can result in the design of a \"digital mediation of information,\" according to the current paradigm of Information Science. The mediation skills required of information professionals and the technological and digital user\u2019s skills in information literacy were highlighted.
