Based on study, research, conservation, safeguard and exposure, this project has been experienced in the most diverse ways with visible scientifical output and with an important connection with the local community, all this with the goal of educating and sensitizing for the preservation of historic and arqueological heritage. In this text we approach the arqueological didactic through the experience of M\u00e9rtola, presenting the practices and approaches that have in heritage the structural element for the local development and community engagement.
