FAEEBA - Educ. e Contemp."],"abstract":"<jats:p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, a r\u00e1pida expans\u00e3o do Ensino Superior em Portugal tem impulsionado a sua democratiza\u00e7\u00e3o e promovido uma maior diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o do perfil social dos estudantes, trazendo novos desafios ao n\u00edvel da forma\u00e7\u00e3o e da transi\u00e7\u00e3o para o mercado de trabalho. Partindo de uma amostra de estudantes universit\u00e1rios (n=2095) e com base num inqu\u00e9rito por question\u00e1rio, este artigo procura compreender a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o sociocultural dos estudantes, os percursos acad\u00e9micos e o desenvolvimento dos recursos de carreira, numa l\u00f3gica de democratiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Ensino Superior.
