The article also reveals the\u00a0impact of the\u00a0rulings delivered by the\u00a0Constitutional Court of the\u00a0Republic of Latvia on the\u00a0sustainable development of institutions of higher education, highlighting the\u00a0rulings, which directly deal with issues important for institutions of higher education, inter alia, in the\u00a0context of the\u00a0development of the\u00a0rule-of-law state.
